Founder · Independent Project Manager & Consultant
Karin Emmenegger is an independent Project Manager and Consultant with more than 15 years of experience across project management, hospitality, events, business development and stakeholder management.
Her professional experience ranges from complex institutional projects at ETH Zurich to entrepreneurial initiatives and projects across hospitality, investment, events, business development and strategic partnerships.
What sets Karin apart is her ability to quickly understand new environments, identify what truly matters, bring the right people together and turn ideas into structured, successfully executed projects.
She combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
Karin takes ownership, creates structure, leads interdisciplinary teams and coordinates internal and external stakeholders — while maintaining a clear focus on timelines, quality, budgets and resources.
